Barstow Rodeo Ambassador Miranda Allmon    "HELLO and WELCOME!!

to the 20th Annual Barstow Rodeo Stampede! I am Miranda Ruth Flowerbird Wessel-Allmon, a ten-year-old  student at Galileo Academy and the daughter of Shawn and Drake Allmon. I am honored to be the Barstow Rodeo Stampede Queen Ambassador! The rodeo has always been a part of my life! I began Mutton Busting before I was two years   old. When I grow up I want to be a Professional Barrel Racer. I am very PROUD of our rodeo and of its unique way of giving back to the community by inviting clients form BEST Opportunities, The Veterans Home of Barstow, The Rimrock Convelescent Hospitial, the physically, mentally, and educationally challenged, foster children and their families, and the special Need Students from Barstow and Silver Valley School Districts as our guests for the Sunday performance. Isn't it Wonderful!!!"

We too, are proud of Miranda for the pride she takes in wearing her crown and banner and how she represents Barstow by volunteering with countless hours of community service, attending other rodeos and helping with the Challenged Childrens' Rodeo.

Miranda has been honored for her dedication with a Certificate of Appreciation from the City of Barstow.

"Besides being the Barstow Rodeo Stampede Queen Ambassador, I also have the pleasure of being Barstow's first "Miss Barstow Hostess" and Petite Miss National. Other titles I hold include: Little Miss Route 66, Overall Supreme Western United States,Supreme National Queen,Tiny Miss California Beauty, Overall California Model, Tiny Miss National Talent,Petite Miss Western United States,Pixie Miss San Bernardino County, Little Miss California State Desert Region,Petite California Regional Beauty and Petite Miss National Beauty"!

Cowgirl Up and Happy Rodeoing...."
